Welcome!
The Seton Hill University Physician Assistant Program is dedicated to providing students with a quality academic and clinical education. All students are trained as effective team members, and our program emphasis is on the optimal delivery of primary care. Students are exposed to a variety of health care settings including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, Psychiatry, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and one elective rotation.
We are very grateful to you for interest in partnering with us to educate future PAs. It takes experienced medical professionals like you to ensure that our students develop into competent, empathetic healthcare providers.
Why Precept for Seton Hill?
Seton Hill's PA Program was founded in 1998, with our first class graduating in 2000. Since that time, we have become well-established in the community, priding ourselves in the known exceptional quality of our graduates. With a 100% PANCE pass rate for class of 2024 and a 97% overall PANCE pass rate within the last 5 years, our program is committed to creating top-quality medical providers. This means a rigorous 15-month didactic training, bringing students into a 12-month clinical year with a solid base of medical knowledge, clinical reasoning/problem solving, technical skills, professional behaviors, and interpersonal skills. We have smaller class sizes and a smaller faculty than most programs, which fosters a supportive environment for both students and clinical preceptors.
We truly value the relationships we form with our clinical partners, and so do our students.

Kiley is an Emergency Medicine PA-C and dedicated preceptor to Seton Hill students. Here are some things our students have to say about Kiley:
"Kiley Schultz is an excellent provider, teacher, and hard worker. She dedicates time to explain cases and gives opportunities for the students to practice different skills and see a wide variety of patients. She does above and beyond to care for the patients, even if it means staying hours past her shift."
"Kiley Schultz was such an amazing preceptor and person overall, and she is such a strong role model that I look up to. Not only did she help me feel more comfortable during the rotation, but even allocated time apart from her busy ER schedule to teach me. Even throughout the stressful work environment, we still shared some laughs and got to know each other well. I believe she deserves this Preceptor of the Year award. Thank you, Kiley!"
Thank you Kiley for your dedication to the PA profession, and to the Seton Hill University Physician Assistant Program!
